Senior Editor - Bridgitte Le Du
Bridgitte Le Du graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a BA in French and Linguistics and went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Applied Language Studies from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU). She holds a MA in Linguistics and Applied Language Studies from Rhodes University. Ms Le Du is currently working toward completion of a PhD in Linguistics with Rhodes University.
After an initial period as a freelance editor Bridgitte joined the staff of the DSAE in 2016 as Associate Editor working on the Unit’s historical dictionary project, the online Dictionary of South African English. She was appointed Senior Editor in 2018.
