BioBRU students: Nathan Holm (MSc candidate), Lili Flax (MSc candidate), Robert Rossouw (MSc candidate), Abir Chakraborty (PhD candidate) and Kemi Oladipo (PhD candidate) attended the ACGT Advanced Proteomics Workshop and Symposium. The workshop was held over three days at the University of Witwatersrand. Speakers: Professor Kathryn Lilley, Professor Stephen Pennington and Professor David Tabb focused on the latest techniques in the proteomics field drawing on their own research experiences to fully bring these topics to life. A wide variety of proteomics researchers presented their work at the symposium giving a well-rounded view of the practice of the theory we had just been introduced to. BioBRU would like to thank the ACGT for this incredible opportunity.
